About Sketch Lighting

Sketch Lighting is a bespoke designer lighting company specializing in customized,

design-led light fixtures crafted through multi-material processes — including metal

fabrication, fiber molding, 3D printing, aluminium fabrication, laser cutting/welding,

painting, and powder coating.

We create unique lighting designs — not mass products.

Role Objective

To plan, coordinate, and supervise all production activities from order receipt to

dispatch — ensuring on-time delivery, zero rework, and complete alignment with

design and quality standards.

Educational Qualification

· Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Electrical preferred if

manufacturing exposure).

· Additional knowledge of LED lighting assembly will be an advantage.

Experience Required

· 3–6 years of experience in electronics or LED-based product

manufacturing, preferably in a custom or prototype setup.

· Should understand both electrical and mechanical aspects of product

assembly.

· Must have hands-on experience with production planning, vendor

coordination, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities· Review new orders and classify them into:

1. Category 1: Product requires design development

2. Category 2: Ready-to-produce items (assembly only)

3. Category 3: Vendor-made products

· Coordinate with:

o Design team for Category 1 product drawings and approvals

o Purchase team for material requirements and vendor follow-ups

o Vendors for fabrication, machining, and timely deliveries

· Supervise daily workshop operations — fabrication, assembly, wiring,

finishing, and testing.

· Ensure project timelines are met without compromising quality.

· Review BOMs with Design and Purchase teams before production release.

· Track and report production progress and delays.

· Maintain discipline in documentation and material handling.

· Conduct daily morning and evening review meetings.

Technical Knowledge Expected

· Understanding of LED light engines and drivers (COB, PCB, flexible strip,

CV/CC drivers)

· Awareness of heating issues, driver–LED compatibility, and basic testing

parameters

· Familiarity with material processes like sheet metal fabrication, welding,

powder coating, and painting

· Capable of guiding technicians on correct assembly practices

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
