We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our domestic sales efforts in the Delhi region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a team of executives, and achieving revenue targets across sectors like real estate, FMCG, and imports.
Key Responsibilities
· - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets.
· - Develop strategic sales plans and pipeline forecasting.
· - Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
· - Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· - Review sales performance and report KPIs to senior management.
Non-Negotiable Skills
· - Team leadership and CRM software proficiency
· - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
· - Result-driven mindset with strong decision-making
Good to Have
· - Experience in real estate or FMCG sales
· - MBA in Sales/Marketing
