Job Details Position : Production Head Job Location : Vadodara About The Company One of the leading names into medical devices & equipments manufacturing Job Requirement 15+ years’ experience into production role in rapid test kits & IVD manufacturing Job Description Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process for rapid diagnostic tests and related products. Collaborate closely with the Quality Head to ensure product quality and adherence to quality management systems. Manage the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, and inventory control. Ensure timely and accurate product deliveries. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP). Lead and manage the production team, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction, process optimization, and productivity enhancement. Assist in the development and scale-up of manufacturing processes for new products. Monitor and analyse key manufacturing performance metrics (e.g., yield rates, cycle times, and production costs).
