Role & responsibilities:

Plan and execute assembly and dispatch of control panels as per monthly production and delivery schedules.
Allocate manpower, tools, and resources to meet daily and weekly targets.
Plan and align assembly activities with inspection schedules to meet committed delivery dates.
Monitor assembly progress, resolve issues, and manage bottlenecks across departments.
Follow up on material availability to prevent delays.
Maintain good customer relations through effective communication and on-time completion.
Optimize productivity and resource utilization.
Ensure documentation and compliance with ISO standards.
Drive continuous improvement for better efficiency, quality, and delivery.
