Job Description

1. Floor Management & Workflow

Line Balancing: Manage daily production across cutting, stitching/assembly, and finishing departments to eliminate bottlenecks.
Production Planning: coordinate with the merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure raw materials (fabrics, zippers, hardware) are available to meet production schedules.
Shop Floor Leadership: Supervise floor managers and line supervisors, ensuring discipline and productivity on the sewing floor.

2. Material & Cost Control

Yield Management: strictly monitor leather/fabric consumption and cutting efficiency to minimize wastage (scrap reduction).
Cost Optimization: Analyze labor costs per unit and implement methods to improve SAM (Standard Allowed Minute) efficiency for different bag styles.

3. Quality Assurance

Product Standards: Enforce strict quality checks at key stages (inline and end-of-line), specifically focusing on stitching strength, hardware durability, and finishing aesthetics.
Sample Review: Collaborate with the design team to review pre-production samples (PPS) and assess mass-production feasibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
