Production - Head

Leadership and Management:

• Lead and manage the entire production team, ensuring a positive and

productive work environment.

• Develop and implement production strategies and plans to meet

organizational goals and customer demand.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of production staff, providing

coaching and development as needed.

Production Planning and Control:

• Oversee the planning and scheduling of production activities to

ensure timely delivery of products.

• Implement effective production control systems to optimize workflow

and minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, quality

control, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and

comply with industry regulations.

• Implement continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance product

quality and manufacturing processes.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any

quality issues.

Cost Management:

• Manage production budgets and ensure cost-effective use of

resources.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements

without compromising on quality.

• Monitor inventory levels and manage raw material procurement to

avoid production delays.

Health and Safety:

• Promote a culture of safety within the production facility.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and

standards.

• Implement and monitor safety protocols to prevent accidents and

injuries.

Technical Expertise:

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in production technology

and techniques.

• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance

production efficiency and product quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issuesthat arise during the

production process.

Qualification ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

(preferred)

✓ Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management, with

at least 5 years in a leadership role in consumer durable industry

mainly of Kitchen appliances

✓ Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale production

operations.

✓ Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean

manufacturing principles.

✓ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✓ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

✓ Proficiency in production management software and tools.
