Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled

Production Executive

with hands-on experience in manufacturing

132kV / 220kV power transformers

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising transformer assembly, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely production with quality and safety standards. This role requires technical know-how of high-voltage transformer processes and a commitment to efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute the end-to-end production process of 132kV/220kV power transformers as per defined technical standards.
  • Plan daily production schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure timely execution of activities.
  • Coordinate with design, quality, testing, and stores departments for seamless workflow.
  • Monitor production parameters such as cycle time, resource utilization, and bottlenecks.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, ISO, and quality protocols on the shop floor.
  • Maintain production documentation, reports, and traceability records as per compliance requirements.
  • Provide on-site technical guidance to workers and resolve process-related issues.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce rework or downtime.
  • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for outsourced jobs and material availability.

Requirements

  • Diploma/B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on production experience in power transformer manufacturing (preferably 132kV/220kV class).
  • Sound understanding of transformer components, assembly process, and heavy fabrication.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing and inspection procedures is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and shop-floor-based roles.
