Job Overview:
As a Production and Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our manufacturing processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues, optimize workflows, and implement quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support: Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet the company’s quality standards. Perform routine inspections and testing on products to detect defects or inconsistencies.
• Process Improvement: Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Suggest and implement process optimization techniques.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality or production issues and lead root cause analysis. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production and quality records, including inspection reports, process flowcharts, and compliance documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in production and quality engineering roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of quality control processes, statistical analysis, and production processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
