Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer located in Ratnagir. The Production Engineer will oversee and optimize manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and maintain production schedules. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the design and quality teams, troubleshooting issues, implementing efficiency improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to meet production targets and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering with 15-20 Years of Exprience.
• Proficiency in Fabrication, Sheet Metal, and Machining processes
• Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and quality control measures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with manufacturing standards and regulations
• Capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate professionally
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in industrial equipment or fabrication-based industries is a plus
