Production Engineer

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you should have a strong technical understanding of Pre-Engineered Buildings and the ability to interpret and implement architectural drawings effectively. Your role will involve day-to-day planning, coordination of labor, material inspection, supervision of construction teams, and maintaining clear communication channels. It is crucial to ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with the provided drawings while also managing and preserving accurate documentation. Proficiency in communication and computer skills, especially in AutoCAD, is necessary for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute day-to-day activities related to Pre-Engineered Building construction. - Manage and oversee labor teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. - Conduct material inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards. - Supervise and coordinate with contractual workers to achieve project objectives. - Maintain accurate records, including documentation and drawings, throughout the construction process.
