Location: Bhosari, MIDC,Pune Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years (preferred) Industry: Fabrication / Manufacturing / Engineering Job Overview: Raunaq Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and machining processes and a passion for improving production efficiency and quality. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing daily production activities. Key Responsibilities: Plan and monitor daily production tasks to meet delivery timelines. Improve process flow, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing practices. Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production. Maintain production reports, daily output logs, and performance metrics. Troubleshoot process issues and reduce downtime. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate with the PPC and Store teams for material and resource planning. Guide and supervise operators and shop floor staff. Requirements: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience in welding, fitting, machining processes (preferred). Good knowledge of production planning tools and Microsoft Excel. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
