Product Trainer

Role Overview: As a Product Trainer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to our products. You will collaborate closely with product development teams, sales teams, and customer support to ensure that training materials are current and relevant. Key Responsibilities: - Create educational materials for training programs - Conduct engaging training sessions for employees and customers - Collaborate with various teams to ensure a clear understanding of product features and benefits Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Experience: 2+ years in product training, instructional design, or a related field - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools - Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies - Strong understanding of our products, services, and industry - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and training software - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Additionally, you may be required to travel for in-person training sessions or events. Certification in training or instructional design is optional but preferred. Your performance will be evaluated based on the successful completion of training sessions, increased product adoption, customer satisfaction scores, and the quality of updated training materials. Candidates with experience in the Edtech industry will be preferred for this full-time position. The work location is in person.
