Assist in onboarding and implementation of new insurance products across HDFC Bank branches.
Provide operational and technical support for existing bancassurance products.
Monitor product performance and highlight issues or improvement opportunities.
Act as a liaison between HDFC Bank, insurance partners, and internal teams.
Support branch staff with product-related queries, training, and documentation.
Ensure timely resolution of escalations from customers and partners.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (IRDAI, RBI, etc.) and internal policies.
Maintain accurate product records, agreements, and compliance reports.
Support audits and regulatory inspections with required documentation.
Assist in resolving customer complaints related to bancassurance products.
Provide guidance on claims processes, policy servicing, and product features.
Enhance customer experience by ensuring smooth product delivery.
Track product performance metrics, sales reports, and operational KPIs.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
Analyze trends to support decision-making and product improvements.
