Position: Product Support Engineer

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. Electrical

Preferred: Knowledge of Electric Commercial Vehicle 

Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct root cause analysis for major/critical breakdowns and implement effective solutions for service issues.

2. Assist and advise mechanics in resolving service complaints in the field.

3. Act as a liaison between mechanics and the R&D team to facilitate faster and more reliable communication and feedback.

4. Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including reports, manuals, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.

5. Execute and implement engineering changes recommended by the R&D team on vehicles in the field.

6. Provide training to mechanics on product knowledge and skills.

7. Ensure the optimum productivity of mechanics.

8. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency.

9. Collaborate with other service engineers, technical support, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and escalate them to the Central team.

10. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing service activities and conduct audits of all field guidelines.

11. Implement preventive maintenance programs and vehicle functionality checks to minimize downtime and enhance equipment/system reliability.
