Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Success Engineer/ Application Support - Software Support to join our team at AQM Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in Mumbai - HQ.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
Develop and implement software solutions to meet customer needs and improve product success.
Provide technical support and training to customers on the use of our software products.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance product satisfaction.
Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
Develop and maintain documentation of software applications and user manuals.
