Product Specialist

As a skilled Product Specialist with domain expertise in CCaaS, SaaS, GPS tracking systems, cybersecurity, NOC monitoring, hardware infrastructure, and cloud services, your main responsibility will be to facilitate seamless product delivery and ensure customer satisfaction by bridging product, sales, and technical teams. Your key responsibilities will include serving as a subject matter expert for assigned product lines, providing product insights, demos, and client consultations to support sales teams, collaborating with engineering on product development and enhancements, assisting in client onboarding, training, and technical enablement, as well as monitoring product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar product or technical position. Hands-on experience with CCaaS, SaaS platforms, GPS/fleet tracking solutions, cybersecurity, NOC monitoring tools, as well as hardware infrastructure and cloud services (such as AWS, Azure, GCP) is essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also crucial for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field would be preferred for this position.,
