Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries from customers and internal teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and staff.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs, market trends, and product performance.
• Develop product documentation, FAQs, and support materials for both internal and external use.
• Analyze competitor products and market trends to support product positioning.
• Support marketing campaigns with product expertise, content, and insights.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving product-related issues promptly.
• Participate in product launches and promotional events.

Requirement:

• Proven experience as a Product Specialist, Product Consultant, Sales, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, customer journey, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical details into simple, customer-friendly language.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
