Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Need to handle servicing of Domestic/ Commercial Heat pump/ Solar Water Heater etc.
Should have more than 5-10 years Experience in this Field .
Need to Monitor daily ageing Calls across all Branches - North Zone .
Need to give necessary guidance to Branch Service Team for installation of Heat Pumps.
Support & Train service team / ASP staff / Channel partners staff related to product services for entire north region.
Spare part planning (MSL for ASP) and management.
Co-ordinate with NPIC-CS / Product development team/ Factory team for new defects and resolutions & further development related to market requirements.
Need to support Branch Service Team for Conducting Market survey along with Marketing for new requirements as & when required.
Customer/ Dealer complaint management.
Need to Assist Branch Service Team for Troubleshooting the Issues in case of any Critical Complaints / Escalation from Branch.
Visiting to customer sites in case of critical complaints - anywhere in North zone.
Implement strategies to improve quality of service & sale support.
MIS reporting for various KPIs and close monitoring of the same.
Ensure that the operation procedure is followed by the Service Team Members.
Ensure that all ASP's are equipped with necessary Tools and consumables required for the Servicing.
