Role Overview: As a Product Specialist (IT Software Sales) in Bangalore with a CTC of 8-12 LPA, your role revolves around promoting and selling IT software products, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT software products. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline to exceed sales targets. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Understand client needs and recommend suitable software solutions. - Provide after-sales support for customer satisfaction and retention. Product Expertise: - Stay updated on the latest IT software products, trends, and technologies. - Act as a subject matter expert, offering technical and commercial insights to clients. - Collaborate with the technical team for seamless implementation and delivery. Strategy and Planning: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue growth. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing sales reports and forecasts. Collaboration: - Work with the marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns. - Coordinate with operations and support for timely solution delivery. - Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in IT software sales. - Strong understanding of software products, SaaS, and enterprise solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. - Quick learner of new software products. - Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. - Self-motivated, results-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in multitasking.
