Role Description Product Sales Specialist – Cyber Security Products This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Product Sales Specialist . The Product Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as sales operations, managing customer accounts, providing customer service, and effective communication with clients. Product Sales Specialist to lead business development and technical consulting for our Cyber Security product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in security architecture, presales, and delivery lifecycle management, and will play a pivotal role in driving growth across SMBs, mid-market and enterprise. Industry experience: BFSI , Health Care ,Pharmaceuticals & Cloud Native Startups Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Enablement Collaborate with Inside Sales teams to identify and generate opportunities for Cyber Security product offerings. Drive funnel reviews, partner engagement, commercial negotiations, and opportunity closures. Maintain market intelligence and drive new technology solutions in the security domain. Technical Consulting & Architecture Design and present network architecture for security domains. Provide consultation and solution design based on customer requirements. Define security requirements for products and platforms. Practice Development & Leadership Work with leadership to define long-term vision, technology roadmap, and annual goals for the Cyber Security practice. Build a portfolio of advanced cyber security services and develop IP including methodologies, accelerators, and tools. Lead formal/informal matrix teams to accomplish strategic objectives. Security Expertise & Delivery Conduct thorough assessments of deliveries from a cyber security perspective. Manage complete delivery lifecycle from presales to post-cutover support. Implement risk mitigation strategies across various security domains. Technology & Tools Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance security capabilities. Understand OEM product portfolios for SASE, SSE, Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Next Generation Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Private Access, Cloud Firewall, SD-WAN, AI,zero trust and more Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline); MBA preferred. 3–5 years of experience in Security Presales, Business Development, or IT Infrastructure. Strong documentation skills: HLD/LLD creation, proposal writing, BOM preparation, and scope definition. preferred certifications any: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH.
