We're now expanding our team in India and seeking a dedicated Product Quality & Reliability Assurance Lead to drive product excellence.

Role Summary

As the Product QA & Reliability Lead, you’ll take ownership of the QA lifecycle — from defining testing strategy to leading the team. Your mission: ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and performance for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full software testing lifecycle — planning, execution, defect tracking
• Build and manage a high-performing QA team
• Design test strategies for complex, multi-tenant SaaS applications
• Review and validate business requirements, use cases, and test coverage
• Establish automation frameworks and define quality metrics
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams
• Own and improve QA processes and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
• Participate in UAT and feedback cycles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile practices, DevOps, and SDLC/STLC
• Experience with microservices, multi-tenant SaaS systems, and ERP platforms
• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Postman, JIRA, SQL
• Expertise in functional, automation, regression, performance, and mobile testing
• Experience with TDD, BDD, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication, analytical, and team leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with open-source tools and performance testing
• Experience testing 3rd-party integrations (e.g., payments, APIs)
• Passion for pets and pet care tech
