Role Overview:

Business Analyst - Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the

  Product Owner

  for one or more agile teams.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams during the SDLC.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos.
• Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide product strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Continuously improve product features based on user feedback and analytics.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a

  Business Analyst

  and/or

  Product Owner

  in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
