Product Owner

Responsibilities

This position requires individuals to define product strategy and oversee product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle.

• Owns, manages, and reports on the product backlog.
• Defines product vision.
• Manages a product by defining product strategy and overseeing product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle.
• Provides domain-specific engineering knowledge for assigned products.
• Capably handles multiple tasks and switches from task to task without loss of efficiency.
• Mentors individuals in specific areas of expertise.
• Gathers and prioritizes product and customer requirements.
• Tracks and analyzes new and existing technologies, market trends, and competition to develop product features and requirements.
• Interacts with customers and the sales organization to drive product direction and ensure capabilities meet market needs and customer satisfaction goals.
• Works closely with development and scrum teams to oversee and approve product designs, enhancements, and quality.
• Directs the integration of technical aspects of the product.
