Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced professional with over 8 years in the IT industry, you will be responsible for managing IT services within a management framework, such as ITIL. Your technical expertise in application management and/or architecture will be crucial. You should have a sound understanding of Agile practices and their implementation in large organizations. Your role will also involve demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to oversee multiple teams effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
