About the Role:

Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Contribute to creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support feature development.
• Ensure products are user-friendly, visually consistent, and meet business goals.
• Track product performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure product aligns with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and NIS2 standards.
• Participate in usability testing, design reviews, and iterative product improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance business priorities with user experience considerations.

Preferred:

• Experience working on both web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track user behavior and product performance.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
