Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product definition and delivery for applications in healthcare and finance. The ideal candidate will be a client-facing leader who can translate business goals into product features, drive user experience design, and guide end-to-end delivery with the development team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to define product strategy.
Translate business needs into detailed requirements, wireframes, and user journeys.
Define and maintain personas and ensure designs align with end-user needs.
Own and prioritize the product backlog to balance client priorities and business goals.
Partner with development teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
Validate releases through UAT and stakeholder feedback.
Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure successful implementation.
Bring domain expertise in healthcare and finance to ensure compliance and innovation.
Drive adoption of data and AI/ML capabilities within products.

Qualifications

5 to 8+ years of experience in product management or ownership.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Proven track record of delivering digital products in healthcare or finance.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and product lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with UX/design tools and prototyping.
Understanding of data workflows, analytics, and AI/ML integration.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
