Product Owner - Healthcare Domain

As a Product Manager for Healthcare Information Systems (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with 10-15 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our products. Your deep understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and interoperability standards will be essential in addressing the unique challenges faced by healthcare providers. You will be responsible for translating market needs into innovative product features that drive adoption, user satisfaction, and business growth. Your key responsibilities will include defining a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's objectives, conducting market research to identify unmet needs and trends, and developing a compelling product roadmap. Acting as the primary subject matter expert for HIS/EMR, you will engage with healthcare providers and stakeholders to understand their workflows and pain points, translating requirements into actionable product specifications. You will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Sales. Your role will also involve driving seamless integration with other healthcare systems, championing interoperability standards, and evaluating strategic partnerships to enhance product value. Partnering with Marketing and Sales, you will develop go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement through product training and demonstrations. Monitoring product performance and analyzing key metrics will be crucial in informing product iterations and improvements. To be successful in this role, you should have expertise in healthcare clinical workflows, experience with EMR/HIS platforms, and familiarity with AI or ML applications in healthcare. Certifications in Product Management or Project Management, along with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks, are preferred.
