Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and MVP scope based on market needs and user feedback.
• Conduct and oversee market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to validate assumptions.
• Translate product ideas into detailed product requirements and feature definitions.
• Collaborate with design and tech teams to build wireframes, prototypes, and product flows.
• Own the backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery aligned with goals.
• Run pilot programs for various product verticals (courses, college models, mentorship, etc.).
• Analyze product data to iterate and improve continuously.
• Ensure alignment with BizVidya’s mission and learner-first philosophy.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management or product development, preferably in EdTech or early-stage startups.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, education models, and lean MVPs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on with tools like Notion, Trello, Figma, Miro, Airtable, or similar.
• Self-starter mindset — comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-evolving ecosystem.
• Bonus: Exposure to academic institutions, curriculum building, or education-tech design thinking.
