Product Owner

Job Description

The Product Owner role in Agile is responsible for the leadership of a squad or multiple squads, delivering IT products and services to Allianz Technology and Allianz OEs. Qualification, Experience and Skills. 8+ years of experience in IT industry . Strong experience managing IT services within a management framework (e.g., ITIL), Technical experience in application management and/or architecture. Sound understanding of Agile practices, and their implementation in large organisations. ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management, or equivalent experience. Degree in Financial, Business, IT or Engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong leadership and team management abilities, and ability to manage across teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. About Allianz Technology.
