Overall Objectives of Job. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead to oversee and manage our development team working on SpringBoot/Angular, DevOps project. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in SpringBoot/Angular development, possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, and have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex web applications. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising the development process, internal DevOps activities & QA process thereby ensuring timely project delivery, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Qualification & Experience. Any certification in Java technology will be an added advantage. 8+ years of experience in Java based technologies. Expertise in Spring, Hibernate and REST based web services . Exposure to Angular framework, Cloud and DevOps tools is an add on advantage. Exposure to Azure, AKS & Helm is an added advantage. Skills/Specific Tasks/Activities performed . Technical (e.g. Coding (Java), Testing (Unit)). Advanced Java - Spring, Hibernate and REST based web services. Angular - JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS/SCSS and RESTful APIs. Possess a strong understanding of SpringBoot framework, web development standards, best practices, and emerging trends. Provide architectural guidance and make informed decisions on technology stack and design approaches. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
