Enterprise Architecture is the central architecture authority within Allianz Technology, the IT service provider for the Allianz Group.Our responsibilities include defining guidelines and best practices, enabling strategic initiatives to find compliant and efficient solution architectures, reviewing solution architectures with strategic relevance, and fostering an active global architecture community. Qualification & Experience. We are looking for a proactive Business Architect to join our team and help align business strategies with execution. As a key leader, you will connect business capabilities, processes, and technology to ensure alignment with the organizations goals. Responsibilities. Work with executives and stakeholders to turn business vision and strategies into actionable plans aligned with organizational goals. Create business capability models and roadmaps to support strategic priorities and guide long-term planning. Develop and implement enterprise business architecture frameworks to improve operational efficiency and scalability. Map business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize operations. Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to align business needs with technology solutions. Lead workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure effective team collaboration. Establish business architecture governance, adhere to standards, and develop KPIs to measure the success of architecture initiatives. Contribute to the development and communication of Business Architecture techniques at Allianz Technology. Manage a Business Architecture knowledge base. Perform Business Architecture/Enterprise Architecture activities for strategic projects to meet business needs and goals. Qualifications. Strong knowledge of business capability modeling, process mapping, and enterprise frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK). Experience aligning technology solutions with business objectives. Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage senior stakeholders. Industry experience in financial services, healthcare, or technology, and proficiency in business architecture tools (e.g., Sparx EA, ARIS, MEGA). 8+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or related strategic roles , with a total of more than 17 years of industry experience. Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field, along with certifications like Certified Business Architect (CBA), TOGAF, or similar. Familiarity with Architecture Modelling Tools (e.g., ADoIT, Archimate). Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate with diverse audiences, including at the senior level.
