Enterprise Technical Architect

As a Technical Architect at Fiserv, you will need to leverage your in-depth and hands-on technical development experiences in full stack Java, Cloud, Web, and mobile technologies. A solid understanding of Domain Driven Designs, Event Based Architecture, API, and microservices architecture will be highly valued in this role. Your passion for exploring new technologies and your ability to demonstrate expertise across various domains including Cloud, UI, Application, Security, and Data architecture will be essential for success. You are expected to showcase proficiency in a wide range of application and engineering patterns, and have a proven track record of collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include leading and overseeing application development throughout the project lifecycle, from gathering functional designs to creating technical specifications, managing development inventory, and ensuring high-quality product deployment. To excel in this role, you should ideally hold a Bachelor's Degree in College of Engineering and Technology or possess equivalent work experience. A minimum of 10 years of IT experience in designing and deploying enterprise-level business or technical applications is required. Your expertise should encompass distributed and cloud technologies, including Cloud workloads, Containerization, Linux, Java/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, Angular JS, React, as well as Mobile and Application Middleware, ESB, Datapower XML/JSON, SOA, API management, and various databases. Experience with microservices, mobile and web app security, session management, performance tuning, automated testing techniques, high availability engineering, and database technologies for mobile and web apps is crucial. You should have a strong understanding of cryptography, key management, security solutions, and familiarity with security protocols and cryptography principles. Knowledge of emerging technologies such as rules, AI, and Machine Learning will be beneficial, along with an understanding of how technology aligns with business objectives. Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with team members and customers to solve problems and address issues. Proficiency in functional and technical specifications, coding, testing, application support, and familiarity with agile/scrum and waterfall life cycle application development methodologies are essential. Additionally, experience in mentoring junior staff will be advantageous in this role.,
