Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesDriving Product OutcomesEnsure the product delivers measurable value by influencing user behavior and aligning with business objectives. Collaboration with Product ManagerPartner with the Product Manager to align on mission, vision, and strategy. Ensure execution supports long-term strategic objectives. Cross-Functional Team LeadershipWork closely with the agile team to drive efficient processes aligned with best practices. Act as a leader who influences without direct authority. Customer AdvocacyServe as the voice of the customer in product discussions. Represent user needs, problems, and expectations in decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement & CollaborationCommunicate effectively across organizational levels. Conduct product demos, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with sales, support, and other teams. Collaborate with Scrum Masters, UX Designers, QA, and Developers to ensure shared understanding of goals. Backlog ManagementOwn, refine, and prioritize the product & sprint backlog. Document features, tasks, and bugs with clear outcomes and acceptance criteria. Maintain a tactical roadmap for 3–6 months. Product Discovery LeadershipLead outcome-driven product discovery initiatives. Validate concepts, explore opportunities, and shape future product directions with the Product Manager. Solution Design & ValidationGuide solution design with UX Designers. Validate solutions to ensure they meet user and business needs. Performance TrackingAnalyze user behavior metrics and track product outcomes. Monitor team efficiency and effectiveness in execution. Required Skills & CompetenciesUser-Centric Mindset: Ability to empathize with users and advocate for their needs through research and engagement. Backlog Management Expertise: Skilled in writing and managing user stories, defining outcomes, and setting clear acceptance criteria. Agile Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding of agile principles and practices. Facilitation & Communication Skills: Ability to align teams and engage stakeholders effectively. Product Discovery Practices: Experience in facilitating discovery processes for continuous learning and adaptation.
