This role is pivotal in ensuring offerings are market-ready, correctly priced, and seamlessly orderable, while supporting the offering development process and post-launch activities.Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle ManagementSupportthe sunsetting process for offeringsEnsure product configuration rules are accurate, including dependencies and prerequisitesOperational EnablementGuarantee end-to-end orderability by ensuring roles, processes, and tools are in placeProvided business requirements for tools and processes to ensure that offerings can be priced accuratelyOffering Development Support- Actively participate in the Offering Development Team (ODT) during the concord process to ensure operational requirements for offerings are met.
- Provide ongoing support to offering managers throughout development and post-launch phases
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with offering management, pricing, marketing, and enablement teams to ensure smooth offering launches
- Serve as a key liaison between offering management and operations functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in product operations, offering management, or lifecycle enablement, preferably in Hybrid Cloud and AI Technologies
- Strong understanding of product configuration, and orderability processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and drive performance in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal English.
