Product Merchandiser

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trend-aware Product Merchandiser with 2–3 years of experience in the clothing or fashion industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, presenting, and optimizing product assortments to drive sales, improve product visibility, and enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute seasonal product assortments based on trends, sales data, and customer demand
• Manage product listings, categorization, and merchandising across online/offline channels
• Coordinate with design, buying, production, and marketing teams for timely product launches
• Monitor stock levels, sell-through, and inventory movement; suggest replenishment or markdowns
• Analyze sales performance, bestsellers, slow movers, and take corrective actions
• Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and promotions in alignment with business goals
• Maintain accurate product data (SKU, size, color, fabric, pricing)
• Work closely with e-commerce teams to optimize product placement, collections, and visuals
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Merchandiser in a clothing / fashion brand
• Strong understanding of apparel categories, fabrics, sizing, and trends
• Experience with merchandising for e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Analytical skills to interpret sales reports and inventory data
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion environment
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms
• Exposure to international fashion or D2C clothing brands
• Basic understanding of demand forecasting and inventory planning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,579.91 - ₹44,563.12 per month
