Role Overview: As a Product Marketer at Teradata, your role will involve conducting research, strategic analysis, and data-driven storytelling to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive and differentiated. You will directly impact the messaging and product positioning used by the Field Teams while engaging with prospects and customers. Success in this role will be measured by the effective development of programs and content that positively impact the market, Teradata prospects, and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze competitor products, messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. - Develop and maintain competitive battlecards, win/loss analyses, and market trend reports. - Partner with global product marketing and sales teams to provide timely competitive insights. - Support product positioning and messaging with data-driven recommendations. - Conduct primary and secondary research to identify emerging threats and opportunities. - Present findings in clear, compelling formats for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing within the technology sector. - Understanding of the DBMS and AI marketplaces, including the key companies and vendors in the space. - Work samples demonstrating the ability to articulate value propositions, tell product stories, or showcase the value of products/services. - Proven track record of collaborating across teams and driving projects to completion.
