Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Marketing Specialist, based in Noida. The responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with sales and product management teams by developing marketing campaigns, offers and schemes to drive sales. The Product Marketing Specialist will drive product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis, to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pharma, Medical devices or hearing aid industry is must.
• Skills in Market Research and Go-to-Market Strategy
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Product Management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or hearing aid industry is a plus
