Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-

market strategy, positioning, and demand generation across our product

portfolio. You will work at the intersection of product, brand, and consumer

insight to grow awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product marketing strategy from positioning to launch
• Develop compelling product messaging and value propositions
• Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for new and existing products
• Collaborate with Product, Digital Marketing, Content, and Sales teams
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research
• Optimize performance across channels: D2C, marketplaces, retail
• Drive customer education through content, packaging, and campaigns
• Track and report campaign performance and product engagement metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in product marketing, brand management, or growth

(FMCG, wellness, or D2C preferred)

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and GTM execution
• Hands-on experience with digital channels, campaign tools, and analytics
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Noida
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field preferredWhat We Offer
