🔑 Key Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy (preferred)
• Strong expertise in

  Respiratory and Anti-Infective / Acute Care therapy areas

• Strategic, analytical, and creative mindset with proven campaign execution skills
• Excellent communication, presentation & collaboration abilities

📌 Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop & execute

  strategic brand plans

  (annual & long-term)
• Conduct

  market analysis

  to identify opportunities & portfolio gaps
• Partner with

  Sales teams

  to drive brand visibility & business growth
• Conceptualize & execute

  promotional campaigns

  (digital + in-clinic)
• Organize

  CMEs, conferences & KOL engagement programs

• Manage

  product lifecycle, positioning, pricing & packaging

• Track performance metrics & share business insights with leadership
• Ensure

  compliance

  with regulatory & promotional standards
