As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the go-to-market strategy for our SaaS products in the HR Tech space. Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for iMochas SaaS products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Pre-Sales) to ensure alignment and drive product adoption. Content Creation: Create compelling product messaging, sales collateral, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and videos tailored to different audiences. Work closely with content and design teams to produce engaging content for campaigns. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors. Build competitive intelligence to position iMochas products effectively. Collaboration & Communication: Work with the Product team to align on product features, enhancements, and roadmap. Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support demand generation and customer acquisition efforts. SaaS Expertise & GenAI Knowledge: Leverage knowledge of SaaS models and HR tech solutions to communicate product value effectively. Incorporate Generative AI advancements to enhance product positioning and customer engagement. Qualifications & Skills 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or HR Tech industries. Strong content creation skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives. Proficient in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across Product, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams. IT/SaaS knowledge with a clear understanding of SaaS business models and customer personas. Working knowledge of Generative AI and its application in marketing or HR tech solutions. A strategic mindset with the ability to execute on tactical deliverables effectively. Preferred Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar. Proven success in launching and marketing SaaS products.
