As a Product Marketing Manager at Empowered Margins, you will play a crucial role in leading the marketing initiatives for UWDataHub. Your responsibilities will involve developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, collaborating with global teams for unified messaging, creating sales enablement materials, managing digital marketing campaigns, producing engaging content, conducting market research, and analyzing campaign effectiveness. Your success will be measured by completing product training, initiating marketing strategies, optimizing efforts based on data, and presenting progress reports within the first 90 days. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and execute marketing plans to enhance UWDataHub's market position. - Collaborate with global teams for consistent product messaging and campaign execution. - Develop sales enablement materials to support the BDR team. - Manage digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and generate leads. - Create engaging content highlighting UWDataHub's unique value proposition. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis for informed marketing strategies. - Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS technology or insurance. - Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies. - Excellent communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven marketing approach.
