Product Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, value propositions, and product positioning.
• Create product videos, demo walkthroughs, and feature explainers (scripts + recording + basic editing).
• Maintain a clean, updated demo account for sales, marketing, and onboarding.
• Own and update help docs, feature guides, onboarding flows, and FAQs.
• Keep integration pages up to date with descriptions, screenshots, workflows, and benefits.
• Create and maintain a library of product assets (screenshots, decks, one-pagers, visuals).
• Support product launches with messaging, release notes, and internal enablement materials.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years in Product Marketing, SaaS, CX, or B2B.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to simplify complex features.
• Basic video creation skills (Loom, Descript, Canva, or similar).
• Experience maintaining help docs or product content.
• Good understanding of SaaS products and customer workflows.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
