Job Description

Manage digital cross-sell initiatives with a strong focus on
insurance & TPP products from multiple spectrum
, creating bundled & standalone offerings with core lending products and delivering contextual, data-driven customer journeys across digital channels.
Ensuring the right amount of adoption of the curated products and drive passionately the revenue generation from Sales channel.
Revenue generation via every cross-sell initiative is the KPI for this role.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years in digital Sales Cross-sell & product management / lifecycle marketing (preferably BFSI or fintech)
Strong grip of Insurance & TPP products, and product GTM
Hands-on experience with product positioning, bundling, and cross-functional execution
Working knowledge of API integrations, loan journey etc.
