We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Non-Financial Crew.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmaps for AI-driven and data-heavy applications
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable business requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional and global stakeholder groups to align product vision
• Drive the development and delivery of product features within an agile framework
• Analyze data to identify patterns and inform product design decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory and governance standards
• Collaborate with technical teams on software development processes
• Prioritize product backlog using tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
• Monitor market trends and competitor products to inform roadmap adjustments
• Support continuous improvement of product management practices
• Lead product visioning sessions to align team and stakeholders

Requirements

• Advanced university degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or Finance
• 10+ years of experience in product management with at least 6 years as a Product Owner in AI, Data Science or Machine Learning projects
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles, data pipelines and software development
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to guide design decisions
• Stakeholder management skills across global teams
• Communication and relationship-building skills
• Capability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Background in international environments
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with C1 (Advanced) level
