Job Description

You will be responsible for Business Development, Market Development, Customer Relationship Management, Revenue & Margins, Team Management, and Support to Sales Team in the role of Sales Manager for Lab Equipments in Mumbai. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensure market study and opportunity identification for Saksham/ Esco products - Achieve new customer acquisition targets and mine existing customers - Build marketing collaterals, conduct product/principal seminars, and participate in industry events - Manage key customer relationships and handle customer complaints effectively - Achieve revenues and margins on a customer segment, principal, and product-wise basis - Lead and train the Product Management team to achieve targets - Provide support to the sales team through joint calls, training, and assistance to meet targets You should possess good analytical and business process skills, strong negotiation skills, result-oriented mindset, knowledge of commercial terms, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently under pressure, and willingness to travel as required.
