We are looking for a single threaded owner to lead initiatives in reducing Returns and Rejects (RRR) for D2C brands. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end returns management solutions for D2C brands on Smart Commerce Create automated returns reconciliation and refund settlement systems to streamline merchant operations. Develop analytics solutions to track returns metrics, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights Design and optimize the seller experience for RTO solutions across e-commerce service providers (eSPs) Develop prepaid incentivization programs to shift customer behavior from COD to prepaid payment. Partner with Data Science teams to implement ML models for returns optimization and fraud prevention Implement AI/ML solutions for return fraud detection and prevention Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to deliver scalable solutions Collaborate with merchants to understand pain points and implement effective returns solutions About The Team The vision of Smart-commerce team is to digitize brand owners and selling partner by providing a suite of product offerings across the business's lifecycle. Within this, we are building a solution to enable sellers to set up their website & scale their independent online business serving their customers with the most effective ways possible.
