About the opportunity

Product Manager Owner

Your job will be to help businesses drive customer engagement, deliver better experience, and boost customer loyalty, all while making the experience feel more fun, connected, and personal. The task is not only to define what to build, but also to know how it will get built using the expertise of the tech and design teams - always keeping in mind customer needs and business goals. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to join a venture at a growth stage and be part of its 10-100 journey. Youll have the opportunity to build this program grounds-up.

What will you do

• Understand our business strategy, identify business problems and opportunities that can change the trajectory of the business
• Represent the customer. Actively speak with customers and understand how Reelo is used to build products and features that continue to delight customers and generates revenue for them. If they grow we grow.
• Manage the roadmap: effectively prioritize business opportunities from a wide range of inputs, understand and prioritise this work so your team is always working on the most impactful projects
• Translate these problems / opportunities into tangible customer problems, through research and regular interaction with customers; define and frame those problems for the team
• Collaborate with our team in thinking big, to imagining future solutions that solve these problems
• Scope these solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship to customers as early as you can
• Constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the customer problem delivered on the business opportunity through quantitative and qualitative measures, with customer testing, betas A/B experimentation.
• Own and maintain the quality of the product; deliver world-class software in every release.
• Motivate a group of committed, smart people to do the best work of their careers

What you need

• Customer focused with deep empathy and understanding of customer needs, concerns and experience of end user of the product
• Keen eye for detail with very strong analytics and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable communication skills, used to getting hands dirty, and willingness to become an all-rounder (business, data, engineering, product, design, leading, and coaching)
• Ability to uncover deep customer insights, and ability to act on them quickly
• Your natural muscle should be to make things simpler, and not make things more complex
• Data-oriented and curious about how customers use the products through latest tools
• Goal-oriented and able to articulate trackable and impactful metrics
• Able to think deeply about product design decisions and have an understanding of how to create product experiences and simple user interfaces
• Be able to earn the respect of everyone you work with (especially engineering teams)
• Understand that this is the hardest and most pivotal job at Reelo, and it will take all your energy to excel at this role
• High IQ as well as high EQ - good enough is not good enough
• You re entrepreneurial; you don t need direction; youre self-driven, energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable and a team player.
