Job Description

We are seeking a product manager with a strong market and growth-oriented approach to join our fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating, optimizing, and executing processes that drive business growth. This role requires a mix of product thinking, data-driven decision-making, and leadership to ensure product success from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring ideas to life.
Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and growth strategies.
Create and refine processes for product development, go-to-market strategies, and scaling operations.
Define and track KPIs to measure product success and improve user experience.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis and gather customer feedback to refine features.
Ensure smooth execution by prioritising tasks and managing timelines efficiently.
Work on growth strategies, including acquisition, retention, and monetisation models.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur
Experience: 2 Years Minimum
