Key Responsibilities

Partner with
user research and design teams
to deliver intuitive, outcome-driven product capabilities.
Collaborate with
product leads
to review designs across clients, ensuring alignment and successful implementation.
Define measurable goals and KPIs for each product capability to track business impact.
Translate
market and customer requirements
into clear what and why product definitions.
Support marketing and go-to-market efforts with strong business cases and rationale.
Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and own the
end-to-end customer journey
for key gStore clients.
Conduct
market and customer research
to shape future strategy, identify opportunities, and propose new product directions.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define solution-level details for next-generation offerings.
Provide
customer and market insights
to product engineering teams to guide development priorities.
Develop and execute
customer evaluation programs
and prepare customer communications for product issues or enhancements.
