Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the product roadmap and long-term CRM vision.
Lead discovery, research, and product design for 01 build.
Collaborate closely with engineering and design to build core CRM features.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities to create intelligent and automated CRM experiences.
Track product metrics, gather feedback, and iterate continuously.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years as a
Product Manager
in
B2B SaaS
(CRM / Platform product experience mandatory).
Proven experience
building CRM products or platforms from scratch (01)
.
Strong understanding of
CRM architecture, workflows, and data models
.
Exposure to
AI/ML-powered product features
is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
